Resolved Question: How come so many people believe John McCain is pro-life? ?

I've noticed a lot of folks on YA stating that John McCain is pro-life. McCain has never been quiet about his opinions either, making them well known to Tim Russert last year that he thought Roe v/s Wade was a mistake.
